Musings on Trees

Tall majestic statues of the fields

Reaching heavenwards in grandeur and beauty to praise Creator
Columned pillars of the templed forests

With spiral twists or slender grace arching to the green canopy of the leafy roof

They are natural playgrounds
where nature and myth entertain the joys of life

Squirrels chase, birds sing, Nymphs recline while fauns play their pipes

Doorways to the otherworld, homes to the faye

Statues of the fields and columns of the forest

Trees, a muse to the imagination, a home to the wondering soul

About LizzyBeth

There is a Story inside of me that I must give a voice. I write so that imagination can take me to Faerie and I can catch a glimpse of the Otherworld and hopefully so will you.
